Call To Order
Hart called the meeting to order at 7:04pm in the Charlevoix Township Hall; other members present: Ron Fratrick and Mary Ann Ehinger. Josh Glass was absent.
Minutes of the October 20, 2021 Meeting were discussed. Ulrich moved that the minutes be approved, Ehinger seconded. A vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously.
Old Business
Have not heard back from Acharyas. The matter was taken off the agenda.
Rezoning Request from Brian Noirot was discussed. There is a public hearing scheduled for December 15, 2021.
Master Plan Review: Discussed the best way to review the Master Plan. Larry Sullivan was present to help with this. A table was handed out to help with the review. Need to plan for 20 to 25 years ahead. Discussed getting survey results from the City of Charlevoix and Hayes Township recent surveys. Each member should work through the worksheet and make notes and get them to Larry Sullivan by December 8. Discussed the Planning Enabling Act which states that there are certain parties that need to be notified of the intent to plan.
