Members present: Mary Ann Ehinger called the meeting to order at 7:00pm in the Charlevoix Township Hall; other members present: Ron Fratrick, Abbie Hart, Ben Owens and Dan Ulrich.

Minutes: The Minutes of the September 2022 Meeting were discussed. Hart made the Motion with Owens supporting to approve the minutes as presented
Old Business
Master Plan: Discussed continuing to work on the Master Plan. We will need to specifically look at solar and wind energy as well. Discussed and reviewed information.
New Business
Abbie Hart has resigned, and her resignation has been accepted. Potential replacements were discussed.
Zoning Report: Zoning Administrator John Ferguson was present and the Zoning Administrator’s report was reviewed and discussed. Discussed the expirations of short term rentals and the need to get a complete application. Will send letter to those who have licenses that are expiring. The brightness of the Ford dealership lights was discussed. Ferguson will follow up with them.
