Call To Order
Hart called the meeting to order at 7:21pm in the Charlevoix Township Hall; other members present: Ron Fratrick, Mary Ann Ehinger and Dan Ullrich. Josh Glass was absent.
Minutes of the November 17, 2021 Meeting were discussed. Ehinger moved that the minutes be approved, Ulrich seconded. A vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously.

Master Plan Review: Members should continue to review Master Plan and give comments/notes to Larry Sullivan.
Rezoning Request: Brian Noirot was present to discuss his request for the rezoning of his property located on Marion Center Road. The matter was reviewed and discussed. Fratrick made the Motion, with Ulrich supporting, recommending the rezoning request from agricultural to planned residential development. All in favor. Motion pass unanimously. The Charlevoix Township Board will review the matter after it has gone through the County of Charlevoix.
Zoning Administrator: Zoning Administrator John Ferguson discussed activity in the past month. Short Term Rentals were discussed.
