Sealed bids must be clearly labeled “SENIOR CENTER PROPERTY BID” and submitted either in person or via US Mail to the Charlevoix Township Hall, Attention Supervisor Chuck Center, 12491 Waller Rd, Charlevoix Michigan by 10 a.m. on_June 30th, 2022. All bids require a current address of the person/entity submitting said bid for notification purposes.
All bids on said property will be opened and read aloud on June 30th at 10 a.m. during a Bid Opening at the Charlevoix Township Hall. Determination of the Bids will be discussed during the Regular Township Board Meeting held on _July 11th, 2022 at 7 p.m. at the Charlevoix Township Hall.
